Intro to Pole

Intro to Pole is for beginners with no previous experience. Emphasis is placed on pole safety, beginner pole movement and floor work, basic choreography, spins, grips, and technique.

Fierce Flow Pole Fitness

Fierce Flow

Fierce Flow is a slow, intentional, low impact pole and floor dance class. Learn sequences to help you move with confidence, flow, and to have fun!

Liquid Motion® is an open-level class that utilizes elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movement, and dance theory to provide a total mind and body movement experience.
