Booking & cancellation policy

By booking a class or session, you agree to the following. Questions? Reach out before you book — once payment is processed, these policies apply.

Group classes & drop-ins

Cancel at least 12 hours before your class and your credit returns to your account automatically.

​

Late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows forfeit the class credit. No exceptions, no cash refunds.

If you are on a waitlist, the same 12-hour policy applies once you are moved into the class. If you cannot make it, please remove yourself before the window closes.

Private & semi-private sessions

Privates require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Under 24 hours, the session is forfeited in full.​

Class packs & packages

All class packs and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

​

Credits expire 2 months from purchase for smaller packs (1–4 classes) and 4 months for larger packs. Expiration dates are firm. Extensions are not offered except in documented medical circumstances (doctor's note required).

Bachelorette & Parties

​

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. This deposit is forfeited under all circumstances.

48+ hours before the event: deposit forfeited, remaining balance not charged.

Under 48 hours or no-show: full balance is due.

If Fierce Fitness cancels

​

If a class or session is canceled by Fierce Fitness, you will receive a full credit with no expiration date. You will be notified as soon as possible by email or text.

Fierce Fitness is a boutique studio. Capacity is intentionally small - your spot holds space that could go to someone else. These policies protect that.
